A walk in the woods

A walk in the woods
Originally uploaded by bendblock.
From the moment we found out that there was a baby, we were worried about possible birth defects caused by the rat poison I was regularly ingesting (on doctor’s orders). When Eleanor was born, she had a slight heart murmur, which indicated that there was a tiny hole in her heart. Today we returned to the pediatric cardiologist for a follow up visit. He said that Eleanor is a completely healthy, normal baby. The hole corrected itself and all is well in our baby girl. He also said that a baby that fat couldn’t have a heart problem. She now weighs 12 pounds and 10 ounces! She’s more than doubled her birth weight in less than 11 weeks. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Very glad to hear it. And glad you're getting to walk in the woods.

Cardona's rage seems to have subsided, or at least refocused on his school kids.
I just bought the DVD "Gigantic: A Tale of Two Johns." And if you can't guess what band it's about, then you need to break out Apollo 18 again.
Anyway, it has some music videos, and I got some wicked deja vu on "Birdhouse in Your Soul." Did you ever show me any TMBG music videos? This one seems to have involved welding, flannel, and weird masks over the people's eyes.

I've had Gigantic for years since I first heard of it at the Hot Springs Film Fest in 2003. It's truly needful to understand the depth of the strangeness that is TMBG.

I dont' think I've ever inflicted that film or any parts thereof on anyone but Melody and Ben Utter.

I suppose Cardona wasn't interested in any of my other proposed challenges. Though I'm pleased his rage subsided as inexplicably as it kindled.

Hey,

I have a new baby sister, her name is Emily Dawn Hardwick. She was born on the 6th of Sept. My dad and my step-mom are at home right now holding my sister. Her and Eleanor will hopefully be friends in the near future.
